For the ski season, we highly recommend Alpine Meadows as the most Family Friendly Ski Resort you will have the fortune to experience. We prefer to keep family members close during the season, as the weather and road conditions are subject to rapid change.
Alpine Meadows provides a KID ZONE in their main lodge, where children can play and nap, and is the only Ski Resort in the area to provide this kind of considerate option. They also offer an Interchangeable Parent Lift Ticket that allows parents to switch off caring for their child(ren) while the other parent skis. Other ski resorts' programs are much more restrictive.
